Burgers are usually associated with a meat patty - fatty, salty,and greasy.
Let me show you how to prepare a healthier version Protected content % plant based and gluten free, packed with flavours to please even carnivores. We will use easily available ingredients, so you can include it in your kitchen repertoire.
Before the class you will receive list of ingredients, so you can either cook simultaneously with me or replicate the dish later.
During our cooking session we will also debug some myths around protein.
