Van Gogh Alive - Between Art and Technology
A very important stop in Genoa is the great international multimedia exhibition Van Gogh Alive - The Experience that celebrates the great painter, rightly considered the founding father of Modern Art.
The exhibition, specially designed for the Protected content follows the creative path of the painter, particularly between Protected content 1890, the decade during which Van Gogh travels from Paris to Saint-Rémy and Auvers-sur-Oise, places that have become sources of inspiration for his most famous works of art.
The presentation of the exhibition immerses you in an environment illuminated exclusively by shots of the great master’s works, so clear and real that they emotionally involve the visitor and make him fully integrated in the context of the works (immersive effect).
Over 3,000 images of Van Gogh's paintings are projected in full screen thanks to SENSORY4™ technology, 50 high-definition projectors, multichannel graphics and surround sound contribute to one of the most immersive multi-screen environments in the world.
The general atmosphere is even more evocative thanks to the vibrant soundtrack, with the music by Vivaldi, Ledbury, Tobin, Lalo, Barber, Schubert, Satie, Godard, Bach, Chabrier, Satie, Saint-Saëns, Godard and Handel.
