Tonight we will meet Chef Justin Baradas, he has prepared for us a 9 course meal with the nicest set of wine. The Chef will interact and explain his dishes and what inspired him to present this menu. The wines are also of great value ..

Pulled Pork

Salmon mi-cuit
Egg yolk, shaved and puréed asparagus, trout roe, cashews, rye toast

Fried Mussel

Elderflower sorbet
