Sorolla, One Hundred Years of Modernity
“Sorolla, one hundred years of modernity”, the great exhibition that closes the centenary of the death of the Valencian painter. The paintings on display come from the institutions that hold the artist's best collections, such as the Sorolla Museum and the Sorolla Foundation, the Hispanic Society of America, the Museo del Prado or the Museo de Bellas Artes de Asturias, Colección Pedro Masaveu. The exhibition also includes works from major museums such as the Musée d'Orsay, foundations such as Colección Carmen Thyssen-Bornemisza or Banco Santander and private national and international collections, among others, from Mexico and the United States.
