Let’s help Rocinha- Food Baskets Donations and Teaching
Dear ChanMaker
We will handout the Cesta básicas donations and also a Mão do Bem invited a guest Flávio from the NGO Horta na Favela. Flávio will give a class in how to start a garden in your home with a compost and practical advise of how to plant eatable plants on your terrace/window seal/laje.
The event will take place in the beautiful Rocinha Community school top of Rocinha in Laborioux. We also have organic cestas coming from a small Horta in Minas Gerais delivered by the farmer himself.
