Do you like Ramen? Tonkotsu Ramen is not the only ramen. There are many different types of Ramen in Japan. I want to introduce a different type of Japanese Ramen dish named "Mazemen".

Mazemen is a Japanese ramen dish without any broth. It translates to "mixed noodles" in English. It is usually served on a thick ramen with minced pork that is flavored in chili pepper and garlic-treated soy sauce and vegetables, fish powder, poached eggs, and seaweed flakes.

Protected content is famous Mazemen in OC.
