Lighthouses of the US East Coast: Along Route 1
"Lighthouses: beacons in turmoil, romantic and yet monastic places of life or metaphors for philosophers of all ages? From Bar Harbor in Maine to Key West in Florida, we will set off on the roads along the East Coast of the United States to discover buildings, sometimes highlighted, sometimes abandoned. Along road n ° 1, sometimes flooded, sometimes supplemented by a ferry or a boat, sometimes impracticable because of a fallen tree during a hurricane, we will travel according to the vagaries of great adventures. From Protected content the present day, we will go to discover the witnesses and sometimes the vestiges in the history of the men of the sea on the East coast of the USA.
