Art Nouveau Drawings (2)
The Museum will be open for our group, therefore no bother of someone in front of your drawing target =)
9~10:15 AM : drawing
NO guided visit included
For an hour you can wander and find spots you feel like to draw. Be prepared for lots of curves and flowery patterns.
It is not a workshop where you will learn new skills this time, but an occasion to practice your skills! I can give some short advice but remember no teaching! 😉
Look forward to meeting you there. This will be the -before- last activity I set up as a consul of the drawing group.
Material to BRING:
- papers : sizes, textures and g/sqm based on your preferences
- case for your papers
- hard board to put under your paper
- pencils (H, HB, B) : if you take B, you could think of using a spray to protect your papers like one dedicated for arts or a hair spray to protect your drawings (Elnett Loreal is interesting but a cheap one will work too. just the fragrance may be too strong =p).
And better to spray out of the museum !
- pens, liners
- a sharpener that has an embedded storage box
- tissues to protect your papers and... not mess in museum!
- erasers unless you take back the eraser rubs (take a little plastic bag with you)
- pencil up to 2B, not higher figures
Please be nice to drop out of the list if you can't make it since we can be max 15 persons for the reservation. In addition as the reserved time is short we will not wait to enter for those who are late. The first hour is definitely secured to be only for the drawing without outsiders. But afterwards the museum might be open to another group as well...
Just give my name at the desk if you happen to be late. If I am late, just go in and start sketching!
If it is a very last minute cancellation just leave a PM on IN or contact a friend of yours who take part in the activity or leave a message on this activity wall. The list will be closed a few hours prior to the meeting time therefore you will no more be able to remove your name.
Cash at the counter
Bank card from Belgium
(No visa or credit card I think)
For those who have time after the activity and feel to share their passion for drawings we can have a coffee or tea in the area since Ixelles is a lovely lively place.
Look forward to meeting you all there!
