Let´s Play Ping Pong With A New Group in São Paulo
We´re starting a new sport group. Table tennis can help you live longer by promoting physical and mental health, improving cardiovascular fitness, and delaying age-related cognitive decline. Studies show that participants in racket sports, including table tennis, have a significantly lower risk of death and a longer life expectancy. The sport's combination of aerobic activity, social interaction, and mental stimulation makes it an accessible "lifetime sport" for people of all ages.
Beginners are also welcome.
