Festive Indian Cooking Experience with Conosh and Taste Sutra

Come enjoy making and eating some Holi-themed Indian food designed by Chef Anchal Bhalla while learning about the holiday. Please wear white as we will play Holi with natural colors!
The Holi Special workshop cooking menu will include:
o Sweet lassi
o Samosa
o Rose Phirni (dessert): special takeaway containers will be provided for this so you can share your hand-made sweet with loved ones.
· Protected content be served:
o Assorted pakoras & chutney
o Potato curry with poori
o Papdi chaat
o Matar kulcha
About the session:
a) All ingredients & equipment will be provided.

About Chef Anchal Bhalla:
Anchal has travelled extensively across India, attending cooking courses to learn regional cuisines wherever she went. Each new recipe learnt brought with it a sense of happiness and achievement, and from there began the idea to share the knowledge of India's wonderfully diverse home cuisines and culinary culture. The journey which began back then still continues – meeting travellers, cooking with a Live audience and interactive sessions.
Anchal firmly believes that anyone can cook and that people, who cook together, stay together.
