Milano Photo Week Protected content starting soon, and here is a special event for all of you who love photography, art and movement. In a very exclusive location in the heart of Porta Genova (Navigli).
On Sunday 9 June from 6-9pm, join the photographer Nico Abbruzzese and curator Margherita Zanoletti for the finissage of an exciting new exhibition titled “Movimento”.
At a time when everything gets faster and faster, the luxury of slowing down time and the structure of what is around us is the beginning of a new “Movement”. Nico Abbruzzese’s photographs offer to the viewer not just a single shot, but also the source and the arrival of the movement portrayed.
In 12 fragments of a single story, Nico Abbruzzese portrays five artists of the movement: two dancers, a tennis player, a boxer and a performer are the protagonists of a visual narration where the individual player's gestures is an explicit trace of her/his movement in time and space.
Born in Milan, Nico Abbruzzese became a citizen of the world from a very young age, and spent the last twenty years of his life around the planet. From Asia to the Americas Nico has lived in Protected content around the world, collecting all kinds of narrative culture and narrative forms of creative advertising. Photographer, national and advertising athlete, in his aesthetic research he funds the experience of 3 generations of photographers, the modern narrative module and the sports sensibility.
