Bärlauch (Wild garlic) season kick-off
Before we should forget, the traditional wild garlic season will start soon. Especially with the early start of spring, I expect the first Bärlauch leafs already in Protected content , so best time to harvest the first flush. There are excellent receipes available, like dumplings and soups. I will show you how to spot the characteristics of the wild garlic and not to mix them up with other leafs, which are partly poisoning.
