For the lovers of Patisserie Française the idea is to bring together Internations’ enthusiasts for baking.
The french pastry (patisserie) is a cultural institution of its own, and Grand Patissier chefs are honored regularly in France. Although a complicated and time consuming task, the results are delicious and mind blowing.
This time we will try the legendary Carl Marletti’s Eclair recipe. Eclair is made of Pâte Choux dough and a Creme Pâtissier filling. We will follow the steps from the book Fou de Pâtisserie.
For organization purpose, there will be 3 teams a 2 persons:
Team A: Preparation of ingredients
Team B: Composing
Team C: Cleaning
The host will try to supervise, but also support all the teams. This is a general guide, and we are flexible to rotate and share the tasks as well as hosting for the follow up events.
I will buy all the ingredients and then we will share the cost among us. Certainly, the leftovers of Eclairs will be shared, if any left.
Hope to see you there and have some fun with baking & tasting 😊 🧁 ☕️
PS: I will send the exact address to all attendees shortly before the venue.
