Run and Workout III -After work

Tuesday, August 20th at 7:00 PM
Please do not hesitate to join.

I have been asked many time if it is a hard workout, but as many of you already tried is Not . The Run and Workout event is for all level (beginner to Advanced). Will adapt the run and suggest trainings exercise for the different levels.

We're happy to invite you to our Montreal Runners Group August Event at Park la Fontaine.
This time will do it during the week after work, as many on the weekends have plans.

Looking forward to reunite with old friends and meet new ones, share the multicultural diversity at one of the oldest green spaces in Montreal.

For 1 hour, we will have a mix of activities: running, TRX and Park workout for all levels
Attendees are encouraged to wear running shoes to enjoy an interactive workout.

30 mins Run
20 mins Park workout for-TRX and cross training exercise (Tabata workout)
10 mins Stretching.
