Learn Thailand's national sport. Thai Boxing is the art of eight limbs, and you can kick, punch, knee and elbow your way to a kick-ass workout.
What will happen??
Burn Protected content an hour and work out every muscle in your body.
There is no sparring in this session, but you'll learn real fight skills which are effective for self-defense. Come and train like a Thai!
What to wear/What to bring?
Wear sports tights or running shorts and a t-shirt and bring a towel. Showers are available.
Where is it?
Six mins walk from Britomart train station, just down from Auckland Uni.
