and then we will do 30 mins of mindful meditation ...
let's settle our minds, connect to our breath - let go of stress and enjoy each others company in silence for 30 mins as i guide you through the moment of mindfulness...
The video recordings of the meditations will be uploaded to my youtube channel for you to enjoy at your convenience.
