Meditations From Sufism
Friends, This September we bring together Sufi Meditations evenings at Life N One, every Wednesday from 7.30 pm onwards.
As an opening session we share assorted techniques of meditation coming from various Sufi Mystics and practises. These techniques as mentioned below were practiced by different sufi mystics in different times. Here we practise various sufi meditations techniques together in a group.
Meditations/Techniques include - Meditation of the Heart, Gibberish, Sufi Circling/Whirling, Meditation of Darkness, Who Am I & I am,Sufi Sacred Movements.
We do these techniques to become more awareful of our actions and being and also heartful in our relating with ourselves and higher consciousness/ divine self.

Prem Amit is a Certified meditation facilitator from OIMR based in Pune, He has been facilitating various meditations and mindfulness workshops since 5 years in various countries.
