Friends, For the month of October again we bring together Sufi Meditations evenings at Protected content , every Monday from 7.30 pm onwards.
Sufi is the celebration of the Heart, it is the taste, it is the fragrance of love. If you once got drunk with the wine of Love, if you felt - even once - Silence to sing softly in your heart, then come in this caravan of untold, silent love story ...

For the month of October every monday we practise Sufi meditation practises. Everys session would have an unique flow with assorted sufi awareness practises coming from various Sufi Mystics and practises. These techniques were practiced by different sufi mystics in different times. Here we practise various sufi meditations techniques together in a group and create an experience where in one melts in remembrance of the divine to forget the individual ego.
We do these techniques to become more awareful of our actions and being and also heartful in our relating with ourselves and higher consciousness/ divine self.
The weekly session would be:
2nd October - Mediations from Sufism - The Path of the Mystic
9th October - Sufi Zikr - The Mystic Breath
16th October - Sufi Prayer Meditation - Ibaadat Meditation
23rd October - The Heart of Sufism - Meditation techniques
30th Ocotber - No Dimension Meditation (Sufi Sacred Movements & Whirling)

Prem Amit is a Certified meditation facilitator from OIMR based in Pune, He has deep interests in Sufi Meditation practices and mysticism in Sufism. He is also a Sound Healing practioner having learnt the healing modality from his Master in Nepal.
