Online Meditation

Whether you are a beginner or person practicing meditation regularly, join us for an online group meditation session.
Take some time off your busy, hectic life to spend some quality time with yourself. The 1 hour session will have some meditation, breathing exercises & a guided meditation that will help you forget all your worries, de-stress by being focused on the present and now!
Ensure you have a Yoga mat or cushion for sitting/lying down
Dress code: Loose, comfortable clothes/robes.
Have a laptop to connect with decent audio for the session.
