Sports4 Support \Tai Chi session
After an active Pilates session this Saturday we are looking forward for next training which is going to be Tai Chi with a great instructor Master BL Teoh.
Tai Chi benefits include improvement of motor skills, regulating insomnia and blood pressure, improves focus, aids weight loss and many more.
This session as all of Sports for Support programs will use all the proceeds for the education of underprivileged children in Malaysia.
