From SpaceX Project Management to COVID-19 Future Readiness

Elon Musk fast-pace SpaceX Starship program from design to iterative non-clean room, construction at outdoor sites disrupts the conventional NASA space program.
What makes Elon Musk SpaceX Starship program so successful?
What can we learn from it in dealing with the uncertainties triggered by Covid-19 on global health and economic crisis?
Can we knowledge transfer this disruptive and highly non-conventional Elon Musk's team project management style to COVID-19 crisis?
Do we need this knowledge transfer and what are the bottlenecks to this transfer?
This is not a lecture but with a couple of slides to highlight how Elon Musk approaches the technology uncertainties of building starship that disrupts the NASA conventional space program project management style.
We will briefly touch on the uncertainties faced by both the SpaceX and NASA. We then proceed to explore what if the health authorities of e.g. European countries see values in Elon Musk way and changes the approaches to COVID-19 uncertainties.
What will be the alternative outcomes if these health authorities were to adopt the Elon Musk approach in dealing with COVID-19 starting e.g. April Protected content . Will we have a lower global death rate? We live in a digital world, yet our digital future readiness NOT ONLY fails to protect us to be better prepare for the uncertainties of the current crisis BUT perhaps repeats the disasters the same way in the coming next waves of pandemics.
Questions? How can we change that?
