This is an open discussion. The main goal is to learn from recent incidence, perhaps through which we can better understand and prepare ourselves possible challenges coming to European cities (e.g. Berlin, as reference here)

A few slides will be used to discuss the possible cognitive impact of COVID-19 and how that could lead to "sudden confusion" (reference 1) that may contribute to possible impaired judgement and poor decision in following crowd behavior.

Then we will discuss how the two new COVID-19 mutations (UK and South Africa) could aggravate the situation, perhaps in other European major cities in coming 2 to 3 months. (references 2,3 below)
