70,000 Steps in 7 Days (in-house activity)
Dear runners, now that we need to stay at home for our own sake and our community's, we have to find new ways to stay active, so here's a challenge for you to stay active in the next 7 days:
- Objective: accumulate 70,000 steps in 7 days
- Duration of the activity: Monday March 23rd - Sunday March 29th
- How to participate: upload pictures showing your progress and/or the final steps
- ** IMPORTANT **: this is a challenge for you to do INSIDE YOUR HOME, I am not encouraging you in any way to go outside
