Moving for those who can't (in-house activity)

Ready to Join?

This week's challenge will focus on dedicating some steps for those who are fighting against COVID-19. We will do so by completing a minimum of Protected content each day, and then adding every day some steps, you decide how many you will add and dedicate to those who can't move.

As the pictures we upload here are only visible after the event ends, I propose you to share your daily activity on Instagram, using the hashtag #INSTEPS4U

One more thing: on Sunday we will be officially confined for 21 days, this is a magic number for runners, as it resembles the half marathon distance, so for those who want to do their own 'half marathon' (thanks for the idea Kasia!) you can do Protected content with the extra ones for each day:
DAILY + EXTRA = DAILY STEPS
Tuesday Protected content Protected content = Protected content
Wednesday Protected content Protected content = Protected content
Thursday Protected content Protected content = Protected content
Friday Protected content Protected content = Protected content
Saturday Protected content Protected content = Protected content

The event settings say Friday-Sunday in order to let people join during the week, but you are expected to start on Tuesday (our weekly running day!)

** IMPORTANT **: this is a challenge for you to do INSIDE YOUR HOME, I am not encouraging you in any way to go outside
