Hand To Hand Combat Session (Krav Maga)
Hello Guys,
let's take this a notch higher, let's meet at Protected content
in Alajo, and let's learn a few Fighting techniques. This session is quite intense! Come, let's train together and learn some basic self-defense tips in the morning!
Dress code is strictly gym outfit with sneakers.
Please don't forget to carry your bottle of water or some fruit juice to dehydrate.
