Guided Mindfulness Meditation Session (In english)
We had a lot of fun and learning in the last mindfulness session. I want to share some of the things we learned:
-Mindfulness is this ancient technique for quieting the mind using our bodies, our respiration.
-It can be done during our mornings, our nights, or even throughout the day, during our daily tasks (yes it can)
-It helps everybody and I mean everybody, no matter age or state of consciousness.
Mindfulness requires practice and knowledge. The more we learn, the more we can use it in all facets of our life: health, work, family, projects, business and so on.
Master David Marin will prepare a 20 to 30 min guided meditation in which we will live the fully mindfulness experience. We will start sharp 5 mins after the zoom starts.Look forward to see you there.
