Face rejuvenation techniques
We train our body (do we?) but we tend to leave our face out of scope (or give it numerous types of injections and even leave it in hands of surgeons). Face has over 60 muscles which with age we stop or hardly use and so as any muscle it gets wick and loses its original good shape. And on the contrary exercising your face muscles tightens, tones and, according to practitioners, combats aging.
Some clever people discovered that there are techniques which help rejuvenate, firm and lift our face, reduce wrinkles. These techniques are also called Face Yoga. Face Yoga is a completely natural way to make your face younger by toning facial muscles. Some of these techniques or exercises are quite funny but nevertheless useful if you include them in your everyday lifestyle - no need to share it with your husband :)
