There are few essential debuts left for punk rock on the Colombian concert billboard. And of those, the arrival of the Swedish Millencolin on March 16 for the first time at the Ace of Spades venue in Bogotá, perhaps one of the most anticipated, marks the end of a wait and a generational debt to history.
