London, a new Nordic morning-to-midnight dining experience inspired by the highly acclaimed two Michelin star sister restaurant in New York but with a more informal setting.
Dishes at Protected content London honour fresh, seasonal ingredients and deliver a contemporary take on authentic Nordic cuisine, with menus developed by Henrik Ritzén, Executive Chef of Protected content , and Emma Bengtsson, Executive Chef ofProtected content New York.
Overseen by the design studio of Swedish-born Martin Brudnizki (The Ivy, Scott’s and Sexy Fish),Protected content has been inspired by Gunnar Asplund’s design of Gothenburg City Hall in Sweden, and the restaurant showcases celebrated Nordic designers in a laid-back yet sophisticated environment.

St James’s Art and Architecture
St James's is renowned for its art dealers, from Philip Mould to White Cube, and its cultural sensibilities inspired some of London’s grandest neo-classical facades built by men such as Robert Adam, Sir Charles Barry and Decimus Burton. This walk will guide you through the heart of the London art world still florishing today.
The tours leave from the St James’s Market Pavilion at 11 am, returning in time for lunch at 12.30 pm. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start.
