Curry Up your Night with Wine
A chance to try an authentic Indian cuisine paired with Argentinean wine. We are going to play with spices and reds and whites trying find out the best match for spicy Indian food. After the event, you and only you will have the answer which one goes best with you.
The chef: Rasoi, an Indian guy from New Deli will cook for us, and he will answer the questions you may have about the food!
We are going to try 5 different wines from small independent wineries. Different styles an flavors. We start with an excellent sparkling wine Entonado to be followed up by 2 whites and two reds for a an exciting pairing game.
Whites: Pinot Griggio (Desquiciado Wines, 91 point by Wine Advocate) and an excellent Chardonney Absurdo.
Reds: a red blend Traslapiedra from Altamira Protected content by Tim Atkin) and spicy Malbec from the north (Tucuman) Rio Revuelto.
Starters: Samosa and Tirangi Chicken Tikka (3 three-color spiced chicken skeweres) and two chutneys.
The main: tomato based curry served with rice.
