Edinburgh Platinum Jubilee celebrations picnic
In the spirit of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations. Come join us to have a picnic in West Princes street Gardens with live music.
Bring your blanket/chair, picnic basket, something to share, and enjoy the live performances by the Band of HM Royal Marines Scotland and Love Music Community Choir — as well as a special Edinburgh Festival Carnival parade.
The live entertainment will begin from 12.30pm followed by the Platinum Jubilee Pageant broadcast live from London, which will be shown on big screen in the gardens.
Master of Ceremonies for the afternoon will be BFBS (British Forces Broadcasting Service).
