CrossFit is the fitness regimen developed by Greg Glassman over several decades…

It's the combination of functional movements combined into a timed workout. We do pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running…. Anyone can do it but we push ourselves to the limit every single time!

Protected content invites all the curious and interested to a Free Trial Class on Tue Oct 2 at 6.15pm.

The slots are limited (8 slots) so please only sign up if you are serious about the workout and if you can be there on time at 6.15pm sharp. Bring/wear exercise attire and gym shoes.

And remember, CrossFit is a life changing fitness experience! :)
