Sebastián Chames, Spanish pianist and composer of Argentine origin and resident in Madrid who has been on the jazz scene since early childhood, specifically at the beginning of the nineties. He has trained in New York with Rodney Kendrick, Barry Harris, Fred Hersch and Bruce Barth, among others. He has four albums as leader: "Reminisiting to the Unknown Masters" Protected content , "Pick Up the Phone" (feat Jeremy Pelt, Greg Tardy, Gerald Cannon, and Jones Protected content , "Reconstruction" (feat Jeremy Pelt, Justin Robinson, Dwayne Burno and Jones Protected content "First Shot" Protected content recorded in New York with first level formations. In his last album of this year Protected content The Unknown Masters" incorporates into his training two old figures Steve Nelson, referring to the vibraphone known among others for integrating the bands of Mulgrew Miller and Dave Holland and has played with countless figures (among others Grant Green and Kenny Barron), Curtis Lundy on double bass, who among others has played with Johnny Griffin, Betty Carter, and again with Greg Tardy on tenor sax and Willie Jones III on drums.
