Let's Discover Hatay Cuisine at brunch in Anatolian Side
we invite you to have a Hatay breakfast in Ataşehir - Istanbul, while we get to know each other.
Before I go any further with all the different borek types in the menu, here are some words from the owner:
“ All our products come from Hatay region, we use the traditional three methods to produce these products under natural conditions. Cooking on low heat, in the shade and in the sun drying method with olive oil and brine method. All our products are organic and from our village where my mom still leaves and organizes production of the raw goods in the village"
The place is booked days in advance and we would like you to sign up only if you can attend. Please let us know a day in advance if you can not attend and cancel your attendance. The cost is 49 TL per person and includes all you can eat food and tea and tip.
