Tower running: let’s run up the stairs
Wanna try something different? A high-intensity workout that targets the largest muscles? Working against gravity?
Let’s meet at Protected content and warm up before we go inside the tower with 19 floors. The goal is to achieve a total of Protected content during our workout - afterwards cool-down at the park “Lange Erlen” or everyone leaves home.
Of course everybody can choose his/ her own speed during the run-up. Don’t be shy and give it a try!
