offers daily yoga classes . Everyone is welcome to attend the yoga class.
The classes will be conducted by Mr. Anand Vardhan, Yoga Teacher and will be held at the Embassy premises on every Monday to Friday from 4.30 PM to 5.30 PM.
There will be no charges/ fees for the classes.
The classes will cover Asanas or Yoga postures, Pranayam or breathing exercises, Meditation and Relaxation techniques.
Number of participants in a single day is restricted to 30. Those interested are invited to register at
***** if possible please come at least 10 mins earlier so u can acquaintance yourself with the room , other members and have any question u may have answered .
