For next weeks,, wi will organice some "VIRTUAL COFFEES" to meet together and learn about a topic.
The second one: How to manage our loneliness during Cuarentena?:
If you are a person who lives alone but has a job, a partner, an intense social life full of friends who contribute to you and suddenly, you have been isolated and do not know how to manage your loneliness.
We invite you to accompany us to a virtual cafe, in which we will talk about:
1.Strategies on how to manage loneliness in times of the coronavirus.
2.How to organize a super fun daily routine.
3.How to achieve your goals and that the bull does not catch you when the period of isolation ends.
4.How to overcome the downward moments produced by loneliness.
How to manage social networks in this period.
How to dose the amount of news you consume daily.
At the end of this virtual coffee:
*You will increase your dose of emotional caffeine to make the most of this period.
*You will have new ideas to undertake projects that you have procrastinated.
This event is lead by our internations friend Mercedes Valladares, director of Transculturality (psychology, coaching and culture), Psychologist whose goal is helping people to achieve their professional and personal goals, taking culture into account as a fundamental element to promote success and talent.
