The largest bridge in the capital, connecting the Shibaura District and the seaside Fukutoshin Center at about 800m long. The symbolic presence of Tokyo gives a beautiful silhouette to Tokyo Bay. The upper layer is the capital high speed, the lower layer is a double structure running on the road, promenade and new transit.
