Hospitality is by nature. They serve traditional dishes finely and carefully prepared. Rural alpine cuisine interpreted in a modern and creative way. Marc and his team thinks and acts (bio)logically, considerately and also like to grow greens in the garden by themselves. The menu (“Die Tafel”) changes regularly and depending on what is currently freshly and seasonally available. In their little refugium, Monika and/or Marc work on their dishes in real time and live in front of you! In this way you can see the high craftsmanship of the preparation directly and in its authenticity. "Into your face" as it is called in modern German.
That night he (only) offers for us a complete 3 course menu of 49,90 euro, covering all types of foodies...vegetarians, meeties and fishermen!
Please note that as the kitchen is small and the chef himself cooks all on his own, we need to respect the choice of the menu. single dishes will not be available.
