Montse - our consul from Barcelona is passionate about cooking and namely recipes from her region.
She will show us via ZOOM how to cook a couple of grandma’s desserts from Cadaqués, Dali’s home town, where the wind, sky & sea mix to imprint a special character in the land: “Lemon Curd” & “Chocolat mousse”.

Recipe: Lemon Curd

Ingredient list: To 6 people (Can freeze)

1 l water
4 big corn starch
4 eggs
5 lemon
½ kg sugar

Recipe: Chocolat Mousse

Ingredient list: To 4 people (Can freeze)

175 gr. Black fondu chocolat
30 gr butter
4 eggs
80 gr sugar
(optional) Rhum
