The Multichannel Observatory aims to represent an important opportunity to discuss the issues of multichannel with the main market players and will be an opportunity to answer these questions:
-Who are multi-channel consumers? How have they evolved over the last year?
-In what terms has the multi-channel purchasing process changed (intensity / frequency, use of touchpoints, etc.)?
-What is the media use of multi-channel consumers? How does it differ from the Italian population?
-What does it mean for companies to have a multi-channel strategy in managing the relationship with the client?
