Walking Tour of Ganesha Festival and Dinner
This spectacular festival of Ganesh Chaturthi honors the birth of the beloved Hindu elephant-headed god, Lord Ganesha, popularly worshiped for his ability to remove obstacles and bring good fortune. The festival is celebrated in a very public manner. Local communities compete with each other to put up the most impressive Ganesha statue and display till the height of 25 feet.
The biggest Ganesha Festival of Mumbai starts on 31st August where people can see statues paraded around the city. We will visit 1 or 2 areas in South Mumbai and afterwards we will go for dinner at one of the happening places in South Mumbai.
