Mindfulness : Introduction to Meditation

Experience meditation, which is an extremely simple and effective tool to bring down the mind at the moment. Learn about the principles of effective action, the nature of mind. Reduce stress and tension. Act dynamically while keeping your mind calm.
How to prepare:
- Come in comfortable clothes
- Do not eat a large meal later than 1.5 hours before the start of the session
- You can not come to the session after drinking alcohol or drugs
- Bring your friends with you
