Introduction to Ayurveda : A Holistic Way of Living
Ayurveda is a unique concept of health which perceives a person in a holistic way - as a combination of body, mind and soul. It offers us simple tips and practices that help us maintain harmony and balance in our lives.
Ayurveda is a way of life. It is not only treatment, but above all prevention of diseases and maintaining health, longevity and vitality.
Ayurveda teaches you how to eat, how to take care of your body and mind, how to do everyday activities, how to lead your lifestyle and much more. Above all, Ayurveda teaches us how to live in harmony with our surroundings, with nature, with the world and other people.
During the lecture, we will practically discuss the basic principles of Ayurveda, and above all the lifestyle that is adapted to our Polish realities and the latitude in which we live.

- Nutrition and lifestyle according to the constitution - as a way to health.
- Nutrition consistent with the four seasons.
Dr. Dilbag Jindal is a graduate of Ayurveda from the Rajiv Gandhi University in Bangalore with the title - Ayurvedacharya (BAMS)
He has extensive experience in Ayurvedic practice.
Dr Jindal specializes in disorders of the musculoskeletal system.
He is a diligent and enthusiastic doctor who is very professional in his approach. Privately, he practices Sudarshan Kriya and yoga.
