The year Protected content challenged each one of us in unique ways. Our daily routine is much different. It's an obvious fact that our energy through out the day is linked with the food we eat!
In this 40 minutes session, I will share my knowledge from last 5 years so that you can gain some practical insights of how food is related to the mood as well as our immunity.
