Experience Ethiopian Cuisine - Super Healthy and Gluten Free!

Let your taste buds travel to East Africa and sample Ethiopian cuisine!
Some dishes can be spicy hot (e.g. doro wot), and most are mild, yet flavorful. Ethiopian bread is called Injera and made from the smallest grain of wheat - teff. Teff is naturally gluten free! Vegetarian options abound with green lentils, yellow lentils, split peas, and other legumes.
Meat protein dishes include lamb, chicken, and beef. Here's a description of some of the dishes: Protected content
Ethiopian cuisine is a shared experience. Commonly a platter is shared between Protected content , using the Injera to pick up the selected tasty portions and enjoy the flavors.
If you're a coffee aficionado, you can also partake of a traditional Ethiopian coffee service - similar in style to Turkish coffee.
I look forward to sharing one of my favorite cuisines with our Denver DinnerNations!
