A BREATH THERAPY WORKSHOP
Through social conditioning and emotional suppression, we have become accustomed to living in constant flight or fight mode, battling stress and anxiety in our everyday environment. Our muscles tighten and our breathing patterns becomes restricted.
By learning how to consciously connect to our breath and encourage its natural rhythms, we can harmonise the body, uplift the mind and feel empowered.
This introduction session combines guided breathing techniques with mindful movement and meditation to help you alleviate your breath and heart. It's time to let go of unwanted patterns of emotions, blockages and tension to unlock your full potential.
