5K Sunset Run & Happy Hour
Welcome to another 5K RUN at Lagoa!

Please arrive at 17:00 so we can socialise and enjoy a few light stretches to get us in the mood! There will be a "Fun Run" sign.
See photos - we will be waiting at that tree. It's easy to find :)
We will meet at Protected content
Route: 2.5km clockwise, after rounding the curve, along the straight section, parallel to Ipanema. Our volunteers will be standing at the halfway point (approx Clube Flamengo/Lagoon) where you will turn around for the return 2.5km leg back to where we started!
The idea of the Fun Run is to enjoy the beautiful view whilst running at a pace that is comfortable for you :)
After the run, we can have a drink at Terrazza next door, just a 10 second walk from our meeting point.
You may wish to bring a cap and sunglasses.
We request that you only RSVP if you are definitely going to attend - because we'll purchase water bottles and bananas accordingly.
