Hiking along the Italian-Swiss borders: Mt Grumello

It appears Lombardia is a yellow region again, starting from tomorrow: for the next 8 days, it will be pretty much possible to travel out of Milano and even out of Lombardia.
Let's then celebrate Saint Lucy day by having a sunny hike near Lake Lugano, but within Italian territory: no need to bring any passport, as we won't be crossing borders. The plan is to explore the military mule-tracks, the fossil trails and the lookout points that make the area south of Lake Lugano quite interesting. Highlight of the hike, which should be easy with Protected content of elevation gain, is the 684mt peak of Mt Grumello.
More specifically, we'll follow the route indicated on:
Protected content
Train-wise, let's hop aboard the
10:32 Milano Porta Garibaldi
11:37 Bisuschio Viggiù
train.
For coming back, we'll catch a train from the lake station of Porto Ceresio (we'll aim for the one departing at 17:16).
