Dirty Dancing Protected content

Awards
Dirty Dancing won the Protected content Spirit Award for best debut film. In Germany, the film was awarded in Protected content Best Film with Jupiter.

For the title song (I've Had), the composers Franke Previte, John DeNicola and Donald Markowitz were awarded the Oscar for best song at the Academy Awards in Protected content .

In January Protected content , Dirty Dancing was nominated for the 45th Golden Globes in four categories. The title song (I've Had) The Time of My Life convinced the jury as the best movie song.

With the Binnenalster Filmfest, the City Management and its partners put Hamburg's inner city in the limelight in a very special way. A floating screen directly on the Binnenalster transforms the Protected content into an atmospheric open-air cinema. Viewers can watch the movies from the steps of Protected content at 8:30 pm starting at dusk. Well-kept gastronomy provides for the physical well-being. Admission is free for all visitors.

Entertainment on floating canvas
When a big screen floats on the Alster, it's time again for the Binnenalster Filmfestival. From September 6 to 9, Protected content , the Hamburg Film Festival, in cooperation with the City Management Hamburg and the Verein Lebendiger Protected content , will present three rousing dance and musical films this year. Around Protected content are expected in front of the big screen every movie night. Admission is free. Food and drinks can be bought on site.
Live broadcast from the State Opera
On September 8, no film will be shown, but the live broadcast of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's opera "Cosi fan tutte" from the Hamburg State Opera.
